River Rafting at SOU

Experience an exciting 5 km river-rafting adventure on the Narmada, with rapids, whirlpools and sharp turns — an unforgettable water-sport experience near the Statue of Unity.

• 📍 Reporting Point: Shreshtha Bharat Bhavan Parking, at the Rafting Helpdesk Cabin.
• ⏰ Arrive at least 30 minutes before your reporting time.
• 🅿️ Parking, changing rooms, cafeteria and lockers are available at the reporting point.
• 🪪 Carry original Aadhaar Card. Foreign nationals and NRIs must carry Passport, OCI and Visa.
• 📋 Valid age-proof ID is mandatory. Rafting will not be permitted without it.
• ⚠️ Late arrivals will be treated as a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.
• 🩺 Participation is subject to medical fitness and the river guide's decision.
• 👕 Dress Code: Wear suitable water-sport clothing. T-shirt and shorts for men; comfortable upper and lower wear for women. Sarees are not permitted.
• 👟 Wear secure footwear for short rough-surface sections.
• 📵 Do not carry jewellery, mobile phones or valuables. Management is not responsible for loss or damage.
• 🦺 Attend the safety briefing and follow all instructions given by the river guide.
• ✍️ A signed waiver form is mandatory before rafting.
• 💡 If a booked slot is unavailable, the applicable amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
• 🏛️ SOU Authority's decisions regarding changes, cancellations or restrictions are final.
