• 🚍 To reach the ferry boat site, passengers can use the pickup and drop service from SOU Parking.
  Reach the SOU Bus Stop at least 30 minutes before the given slot.
• 🪪 All visitors must carry their original Aadhaar Card.
  Foreign nationals and NRIs must carry Passport, OCI and Visa.
• 🛥️ The company reserves the right to cancel the ferry without assigning any reason.
• 🚫 Food and beverages are not permitted onboard.
• 🧳 Bags are not permitted onboard.
• ⚠️ Right of admission is reserved.
  The company may refuse boarding to anyone considered unfit to travel or who may pose a risk to the boat or other passengers.
• 👨‍👩‍👧 Parents are responsible for supervising children throughout the boat journey.
• 🪪 Children's age must be verified with valid government-issued documentary proof.
• 💡 In case the selected slot is unavailable, the nearest available slot will be offered or the respective amount will be refunded within 24 hours.
• 🏛️ SOU Authority's decision will be final regarding any changes, cancellations or restrictions related to attractions, shows, transport services, etc.
